The creation of an account and the use of My Renault are subject to compliance with the present terms and conditions of use ("My Renault T&C").
The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern the access or use of the Website and the Application made available by RENAULT sas with the capital of 533 941 113 € whose registered office is 122-122 bis avenue du Général Leclerc – 92 100 Boulogne-Billancourt, registered in Registry of Commerce of Nanterre under No 780 129 987 (hereinafter "RENAULT").
RENAULT reserves the right to amend and/or update these T&Cs at any time and without prior notice to Users. Amendments will be effective upon RENAULT’s posting of such updated T&Cs.
The governed T&Cs are those in effect at the date of connection and use of the Application and/or Website by the User, whom continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes their consent to be bound by the T&Cs as amended.

For the purposes of this document:
"Application" or “My Renault App” refers to the software application “My Renault” edited and provided by RENAULT, giving access to the Services. The Application also includes Content, software, programs, tools (programming, navigation, etc.), databases, operating systems, documentation and all other elements and services that compose it, updates and new versions that can be made to the Application by RENAULT.
"Content" means, without limitation, the structure of the Application and/or Website, editorial content, drawings, illustrations, images, photographs, graphic charters, trademarks, logos, acronyms, company names, audiovisual works, multimedia works, visual content, audio and sound content, as well as any other content present within the Application and/or the Website.
"Services" refers to the various features and services offered within the Application and/or the Website.
"Service Contract" refers to General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Connected Services.
"User" or "You" refers to a prospect or current Renault customer who has downloaded the Application and/or is browsing the Website for their own use, for strictly personal and non-commercial, non-profit and direct or indirect use.
"Vehicle" refers to any vehicle of the Renault brand.
“Website” or “My Renault Web” refers to the set of data and information available on the internet at the single following address : my.renault.co.uk
My Renault App enables the User to simplify the use of their Vehicle.
Accessibility to all or part of the Services depends on (i) the Vehicle model, (ii) the type of connectivity within the Vehicle, (iii) valid subscription of a Service Contract and (iv) Vehicle’s first registration.
Subject to accessibility criteria referred to above, a range of connected and non-connected Services are available.

My Renault web enables user to :
The Application is accessible on a compatible mobile phone, and tablet with limited display resolution.
It can be downloaded free of charge on the User's Apple iOS and/or Android device from Apple's Apple Store and Google's Google Play Store platforms.
1. In order to access to the Services, the User must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account.
When first using My Renault app and/or My Renault web, the User is required to create an account by means of the registration form.
Once the account completed, the User will be required by email to validate their registration.
Access to the Services is made by completing e-mail address and password.
If the account is inactive for a period of three (3) years, the User account is closed.
2. In order to facilitate and speed up the integrated purchase of goods and/or services remotely in My Renault App, the User has the option to add in his/her profile one or more payment cards (excluding certain categories such as American Express cards) by filling in its card data necessary for registration.
The addition and/or deletion of a payment card is at the User's discretion, from the personal profile in My Renault App.
The integrated payment service is operated by WORLDPAY (UK) LIMITED registered under company number 07316500, WORLDPAY LIMITED registered under company number 03424752 and WORLDPAY AP LTD registered under company number 05593466, three companies incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is located at The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF (together "Worldpay"), payment service provider partner of RCI Financial Services Limited trading as Mobilize Financial Services (“RCI/Mobilize”), a subsidiary of RENAULT.
For the purpose of authenticating the payment card provided by the User, a direct debit authorisation for £1.00 is immediately made by Worldpay to the User's bank.
Depending on the operating procedures of the User's bank, a debit/credit transaction may be made to the User's account.
After verification of the authentication of the payment card, the procedure for registering the payment card in the User's profile is finalised.
3. The User may also manage and use the gift cards made available to them in the context of commercial operations.
It is the User’s responsibility to enter the gift card(s) in the dedicated menu "manage my gift cards" of their profile.
The gift card(s) can then be used as a means of payment within the limit of its value and its validity date
(indicated on the card).
Vehicle connectivity
Using the Services and features of the Application requires that your mobile device and vehicle have the functional capabilities and operational availability of the mobile phone network.
Vehicle pairing
The interconnection between the mobile phone on which the Application has been downloaded and the User's Vehicle takes place by the prior identification of the Vehicle in the User's account.
Several vehicles can be registered in the same User account.

The My Renault Application allows Users, owners of electric vehicles, to locate charging points and find out about their availability, in order to carry out charging sessions for their electric vehicle battery with integrated and simplified payment methods.
Terms of use of the service: order of a Mobilize Charge Pass from Mobilize
To benefit from the Mobilize Charge Pass service, the User must enter an electric vehicle in their profile.
The User must order a Mobilize Charge Pass from RCI Financial Services Limited trading as Mobilize, a company incorporated in England and Wales and registered under number 3002462 and having its registered office at The Rivers Office Park, Denham Way, Maple Cross, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 9YS, a subsidiary of RENAULT, and after acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of RCI/Mobilize.
The User may subscribe to Mobilize subscriptions offer - up to a limit of two Mobilize Charge Passes - with RCI/Mobilize, after accepting their General Terms and Conditions of Sale stipulating in particular the terms, conditions and duration of the subscription
The order for the Mobilize Charge Pass is made using the payment card indicated in the User profile. If no payment card is indicated, the User will be redirected to their profile to fill in and save their payment card details.
The Mobilize Charge Pass is sent to the postal address provided by the User in the purchase process.
RENAULT grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, worldwide and free right to use the Application, Content and Services solely for the User's own purposes in connection with the Use of the Application and Services, to the exclusion of any other purpose.
The User is strictly prohibited from accessing and/or using the software components of the Application.
The User does not acquire any rights in the Application, Content and/or Services other than those granted herein.
The User undertakes to:
RENAULT undertakes to make its best efforts to secure access, consultation and use of the Application and/or the Website.
The Application is accessible continuously, except in the event of force majeure or the occurrence of an event beyond RENAULT's control, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the Application and/or the Website.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, RENAULT does not assume any liability for the use of the Application and/or Website nor make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to the speed, performance or quality of the Application and/or Website. Access to the Application and/or Website may be temporarily and periodically suspended for technical reasons; for example, by reason of, but not limited to, technical and other interventions carried out on RENAULT's systems to ensure the proper functioning of the Services or their improvement (maintenance, software updates of systems, etc.), or malfunctions of telecommunications systems attributable to telephone network operators.
RENAULT will take all reasonable measures to correct these disruptions without delay or to facilitate their correction.
Access to and use of the Application and/or Website is at the User's own risk. The User is responsible for taking all appropriate measures to protect its own data and/or
software stored on his mobile phone and tablet against any breach.

The Application and the Website are protected by intellectual and/or industrial property rights.
The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences with or without sound, as well as all works integrated into the Services, are the property of RENAULT or third parties having authorised RENAULT to use them.
Any reproduction, representation, use or modification, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, of all or part of the Application and/or the Website, withouthaving obtained the prior authorisation of RENAULT, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement offence.
The designations MY RENAULT (name of the app and the website) and RENAULT, the names of the vehicle models offered by RENAULT, slogans and logos are, unless otherwise indicated, trademarks registered by RENAULT or third parties having authorised RENAULT to use them.
The reproduction, imitation, use or affixing of these trademarks without the prior authorisation of RENAULT or their respective owners constitutes an infringement offence.
The User may not copy, modify, reproduce, in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, the information and elements appearing on the Services, nor intervene on the Services, nor act in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of RENAULT and third parties who have authorised RENAULT to use them.
The T&Cs, the Content and all rights and obligations generated in connection with the use of the Application and/or the Website or relating thereto are subject to English Law and are interpreted and applied in accordance with it.
Any dispute relating to the access and use of the Application and/or the Website must first be the subject of an attempt at amicable settlement between the parties before being submitted to the Courts of the jurisdiction of England and Wales to which the parties attribute exclusive jurisdiction, notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or claims for compensation from third parties.
No waiver
The fact that one of the parties does not invoke a clause of these T&Cs shall not be interpreted as a temporary or definitive waiver of the benefit of the provision in question which will remain in force.
Nullity of a clause
If one or more provisions of these T&Cs are declared invalid, void or unwritten pursuant to applicable regulations, changes or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
Expressly are considered as cases of force majeure, in addition to those usually retained by the applicable national jurisprudence, governmental and legal restrictions and modifications, computer failures and telecommunications blockages, failure of servers and any other case beyond the express control of RENAULT.
